Circumstances of Disappearance

On 6/15/2019 at approximately 1130 hours, Tamar Foreman (12-year-old) left her foster home on foot. Tamar left a note at her foster home saying she was leaving to go to her cousin's house. It is believed Tamar may be headed back to Richmond. If located, please contact local law enforcement and CFS.
