Kevin Spacey Sexual Assault Accusers Death From Cancer Results In D.A. Dropping Case

The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Officer is dropping the case against actor Kevin Spacey after the accuser passed away.

The massage therapist accused Spacey of trying to kiss him and forcing him to grab his genitals during a session in Malibu back in October of 2016.

According to Variety, the accuser died last month from cancer.

On Monday, the head deputy in the D.A’s sex crimes unit, Christina Buckley, dropped the case.
